It is my deepest honour to walk alongside women as they embark on their transformative journey from conception through postpartum, honouring the sacred rite of passage that pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period represent.
As a Birthkeeper, my mission is to hold sacred space for mothers, providing a nurturing and grounding feminine presence that supports their innate strength and ancient birthing wisdom.
Rather than just empowering mothers, I remind them that they possess all the inherent power needed to birth their babies within themselves.
I am committed to fostering the spiritual and holistic dimensions of birth, encouraging mothers to work through any fears that may arise, trust their intuition, and embrace their innate birthing power.
Beyond birth, I offer comprehensive postpartum support, incorporating traditional Ayurvedic practices and personalised guidance to ensure mothers are nourished and supported as they transition into motherhood.

Servicing the NSW Northern Rivers Region (Byron Bay and surrounding suburbs).
3 x Pregnancy Sessions
– At least 1 including your partner.
– At least 1 at the place of intended birth to familiarise myself with the environment.
– Getting to know each other on a deeper level.
– Access to my ever-growing lending library of birth and postpartum related books.
– Ensuring you feel safe, supported, seen, heard, and comfortable to have me in your birthing space.
– Postpartum Planning e.g. education around the ‘first 40 days’ and Ayurvedic postpartum principles.
– Help organise and facilitate a Mother’s Blessing with your close friends and family.
Birth Attendance
– I support both homebirths with midwifes present, and sovereign freebirths.
– On-call from 38 weeks, available 24/7 for my clients or their partner to message or call me.
– I offer a non-invasive approach, respecting the sacred and sensitive nature of the birth space. My support extends to both the mother and birthing partner, ensuring they can take regular breaks when needed. My role is to witness and reflect your power back to you in times of need, providing a grounded feminine presence. Whether that be through loving gentle touch, reassuring words, or quietly tending to the environment, i’m here to ensure you and your partner have everything you need.
– I will remain by your side until your baby is earthside, your placenta has been birthed and tended to, your birth space is tidy, and you are nourished and ready to rest.
– Please note I have no professional medical training and provide no medical support or advice in the birth space.
4 x Postpartum Visits
– I will visit you twice in the first week postpartum, and twice in the second week.
– During these visits I will bring you snacks, Ayurvedic meals, elixirs, and handcrafted Ahimsa Naturopathy postpartum care products
(Bum & Boobie Balm, Peri herbs, and Healing body oil).
– Birth debrief
– Light household duties, walking pets, cuddle baby while you rest, shower, make time for self care etc.
– This can be tailored to your specific wants/needs.
Ayurvedic Meals
– One meal package per week
– These will be discussed prior to the birth to account for any dietary requirements
First Week:
– 3 x main meals
– 1 x sweet snack
– 1 x herbal tea
– 1 x elixir
Second Week:
– 1 x main meal
– 1 x savoury snack
– 1 x sweet snack
– 1 x elixir
Photography:
– I am happy to capture some sacred labour and birth moments for you if you wish, either using my own phone, a phone that is available, or a camera that you have chosen.
